A locked door keeps others out. But it also keeps you in.

On a cold winter day, you might like to stay inside. You are in shelter, not in prison. However, in prison you might prefer to be able to get out.

What about your heart? What about your friendship. What about you? Are you locked?

Maybe you are trying to keep someone or something out, but perhaps you are keeping yourself in. We can make prisoners of ourselves, but life is pretty short and isn’t it time to set yourself free?
